Exam Copy Requests

Exam copy requests may be submitted in one of the following two ways:

1. Via our online exam copy request form; or

2. In writing, using your college/university letterhead. Please mail or fax the request to us at:

Desk Copy Requests

Desk copies are available to instructors for classroom use provided:

  1. The book requested has been adopted and 10 or more copies have been ordered from a bookstore;
  2. The number of desk copies requested does not exceed the number of instructors for the class; and
  3. The instructor has not previously received a copy.
